Ukrtransgaz held open tenders for the purchase of services for the repair of technological equipment for the compressor station "Grebinkivska" for the total amount of 92,7 million UAH. The winner of the tender was the State Enterprise "NVKG" Zorya "-" Mashproekt ".
It is reported by the Department of Corporate Communications of Ukrtransgaz, reportsNational Industrial Portal.
Services on repair works of three gas-pumping units of the type GPU-16 (station numbers number 1, number 3, № 4) consist in replacing gas turbine engines of the type J59L2 type ДХ90Л2.1. The replacement will enable to increase the economic and ecological parameters of the equipment to the level of modern European standards.
Yes, new gas turbine engines use 4 900 m3/ year of fuel gas to provide their own work, which is 15% more economical than old ones. At the same time, according to the results of actual testing, emissions to the atmosphere of nitrogen oxides make up an average of 50 mg / m3(almost two and a half times smaller), and emissions of carbon monoxide - 1 mg / m3(in 30 times less). Such indicators are in line with the regulations of the 2010 / 75 / EC on industrial emissions.
For the GTS of Ukraine, the stable operation of the "Grebinkivska" compressor station of the "Progress" gas pipeline is of strategic importance because it transports blue fuel to consumers in Ukraine and Europe. Uninterrupted operation of the station is one of the prerequisites for being a reliable gas transit for an external customer and a stable transporter of blue fuel inside the country.
Ukrtransgas steadily supports and improves the technical state of the state gas transportation system to ensure the continuity of its operation. Due to the fact that the engineers of the company constantly monitor the usefulness of all equipment, paying attention to "bottlenecks", where modernization is a priority, energy efficiency and environmental efficiency of Ukrtransgaz are increased. And Ukraine's gas transit system remains a reliable and stable transit route of blue fuel to Europe, -commented Yuriy Zyabchenko, Chief Engineer of Ukrtransgas.
